Use of Personal Information
The meeting will collect and store information you provide in the Registration Form for the purposes of enabling us to:
- register your attendance at the meeting;
- assist with administrative and planning purposes;
- plan and develop meeting and other events in the future;
- facilitate your requirements in relation to the meeting;
- provide updates and information to you on the meeting; and
- allow the compilation and analysis of statistics relevant to the meeting.
The information that you provide in the Registration Form and information provided at any other time during the meeting, including without limitation any feedback obtained during the meeting, will be used by the meeting to offer, provide and continue to improve its meetings and other services.
The meeting will produce a Delegate List of all delegates for supply to all registered attendees, sponsors and exhibitors at the meeting. The Delegates List will contain delegate’s name, affiliation and location (state or country). Registrants may withhold consent for inclusion of any or all of their details in the delegate list by indicating this on the registration form when registering.
Disclosure of Personal Information to Third Parties
The meeting may disclose some of the information that is collected in the Registration Form such as your name, organisation and its location to meeting sponsors and exhibitors for marketing purposes.
The meeting will not otherwise, without your consent, use or disclose your personal information for any purpose unless it would reasonably be expected that such purpose is related to the offer, provision and improvement of the meeting or where such purpose is permitted or required by law. Registrants may withhold consent for disclosure of their contact details by indicating this on the registration form when registering.
