Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of registration
- All cancellations or alternations to your registration must be made in writing to [email protected].
- Cancellations made within 14 days before the seminar will not be eligible for a refund.
- If you cannot attend an event, you can nominate a substitute at any time.
Transfer of registration
All fully paid registrations are transferable to other persons from the same organisation. Transfers must be made by the registered person in writing to [email protected]. Details must include the full name of the substitute person, organisation, phone number and email address. All other registration details will be assigned to the new person unless otherwise specified.
Changes to the program
AACB reserves the right to alter, amend or cancel all or any of the arrangements contained in our programs.
In the unlikely event of cancellation or postponement of a meeting, AACB will not be liable for registrants' loss of airfares, accommodation deposits, or other associated costs. Insurance for such losses is the responsibility of each registrant. If the meeting receives an insufficient number of registrations, AACB reserves the right to cancel the meeting. Every endeavour will be made to advise registrants of cancellation as early as possible.

Sponsorship Opportunities - Industry Display Tables $1,200 (incl. GST)
This provides industry with the opportunity to show POCT equipment which will be on display throughout the day and incorporated into the program, allowing delegates to rotate through the industry displays for live demonstrations. The intended audience is both laboratory professionals and those personnel who are involved with POCT in the wider community such as General Practitioners, nurses and other health professionals.
Industry Display Tables package Includes:
- One display table including trestle table & two chairs (the display must be confined to one trestle table).
- Two full registrations (includes access to sessions).
- Acknowledgment on opening slide and rolling slides at the meeting.
- Logo on the Meeting website.
- Access to recordings on demand, after the meeting.
- Delegate list supplied one week prior to the meeting.
